flasher problems 4.1.5

so i just got my flashe and ive been tryng to set it up i folowed the video that the new 8-bit heros and it did the same thing as it would if i didnt have the flasher with a cart on it
i checked the cart and it was still the demo game, another thing is that when i tried to run the application for 64 bits it said both failed and i have no idea how to fix it, i tryed the 32 bit but it says it cant

okay so update it is now flashing the correct screen up but it only stays for about one second and then it makes a noise from my computer and the disapears, i managed to get a picture and this is what the screen says
