How To Share A Project Via Internet

Hi everyone, I'm partnering up with someone to work on a game over the internet together and I was curious on what the process is to do this? Like which files, which folders to send, can you use e-mail or do you need to use something like dropbox, etc? If someone could walk me through this, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

really the easiest way would be to use some kind of... what are those called, things like github...
repositories i think, so that each participant would have full access to the source code and all it's modifications as they are.

but if you you're okay just sending files over by mail or whatever, for a full project to work, the project file (the .MST file that is made when you save your project in nesmaker) and gameenginedata and graphicsassets folders are needed
for the project to fully function.
