Try this so far.If you have never created an instrument, it is fun.
If you have, i simply drew a hill for the volume(with a 0 volume cut at the end), and a hill for the arpeggio.

This file has wasted graphics.(same and similar graphics blocks)If you use this you would just pick what you want
and even edit it.
But let me know if this is a good direction. It has a bite, fin moves, and blinking.
It can kind of bounce up n down a pixel at a time to look like its floating.
Just an initial rough draft. Let me know how it looks so far.

No prob. Dont work too hard. As i dont know exactly how the fish is to
move, attack, and get hit.... i just did a little something something. Hopefully its ok so far..
