I'm currently making a 2 player, cutesy monster killing game that's a platformer.
Unnamed Arcade Style Platformer 2 Player Monster Bash

The first player is a fire element fox named Nari. or なり (*shape; form; style)
The second player is still being designed...

Working Title: Kitsune Heroes: Elements of Legend

weapons: fire breath. (Stuns enemies and makes them vulnerable to being stomped)
flare ricochet (*not fully enabled) : bouncing on bounce tiles and when using them to jump makes the player a living fireball pinball.
speed power up (set on weapon 8 currently ; using holding B gives run) (**possibly a temporary powerup would be better if I knew how)

tiles:
treadmills, *bouncy tiles (not yet implemented), trampoline, collectibles and coins, 2 player revive, prize block (*want to make one that does random drops or simple more than one prize block)

story:

In a land of anthropomorphic talking animals, gnomes, goblins, and fey folk, there is an ancient well etched with runes of a forgotten age. One moonlit night, a young fox boy named Nari was gathering shiny stones for his rare rock collection, when the well lit up with an arcane, eerie energy. with a bit of curiosity mixed with foolishness, Nari gazed into the glowing pool inside the well.
He fell into it's glowing waters, drowning, and awakened in a world of wonder and meets a friend there he or she is also lost seeking to collect stones of mystery and defeat the evil Troog King, Bobb. Nari just wants the stones for his collection and to go home... but becomes a reluctant hero..
