What's the data size of scripts?

I know this topic alone is variable as some scripts are longer, some chains are longer/thicker and even little things add up. But, overall, what is the average "kb" size of a script? I ask because I wonder if a great deal of "magic" can be done with them for expanding the size of a game but I wonder if in the end that would prove costly in space taken up by scripts.

Granted, I've NEVER done anything like this before, so maybe it's not as big of a concern and I shouldn't be so worried.

Thanks in advance.

The Mapper30 is already one of the biggest you can make 512ko, that is huge for a NES game. you have plenty of time for your graphics and your scripts, but of course, always try to optimize your code.
