Flasher help

Trying to flash a cart, but receive this message. Am I missing a driver? I have the mini flasher vers 2.0N Can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Do you have the cart facing the right direction

Also have you downloaded the batch files in the flasher folder, just click on a rom of stuff and click download, it should work

Happened to me as well, they would really make that indicator bigger
