[4.5.9] Bug in Text Action for Triggered Screens with Monster Blocks

I'm encountering a problem when I have a screen in its triggered state that includes monster blocks: if you talk to an NPC on this triggered screen AND the monster block happens to be behind the textbox, the result is that the monster blocks (which are supposed to be invisible because the screen is triggered) suddenly jump to the visible state (although they remain walkable) after the textbox goes away. NOTE: I am NOT using an end action for the textbox, so nothing should be happening.

Any idea what could be causing this glitch or how to fix? It clearly has something to do with the way that background tiles are refreshed after a textbox goes away.
