I'm trying to import a new sound pack into my game and I get these two messages back to back. My new sound pack has all the same songs as the old ones, I just swapped out the instruments.

EDIT: I tried importing the original pack, just to see what would happen. That one worked, even though I added a song to it. I don't know why a new sound pack won't work.

Famitracker for my game - Pastebin.com

Another thing I've noticed is that in the original tutorial sound pack, sfx_noteDead and sfx_noteLife are not in the .ftm file when opening it in famitracker but these sounds appear in NESMaker when importing the .txt file. Even exporting the .ftm file as a .txt with a new name does this.

Besides that fact that it sounds......... well it sure sounds, you still left all the original instrument settings and their is nothing in the song Egyptian two, I would suggest making a new famitracker file and starting over.

All I'm trying to do is use completely different instruments but leave the songs unchanged.

EDIT: I think I fixed it. I had to manually recreate each instrument by opening both files and copy/pasting the codes. Shouldn't have had to do that but whatever it's working now.

Well I mean the open the original file and change the instruments, that’s really it, but don’t go changing the numbers on the left hand side, also for the one that are in the noise channel I suggest you don’t change anything as it could completely ruin the song, also don’t delete the songs like you did for the Egyptian song
