4.5.9 Maze monster AI tutorial

I'm reaching the end point of working on my current project. The one thing I think it needs is a little variety in the monster AI. Don't get me wrong I've played with speeds and timers and you can get a decent variety out of just using the random direction AI. This is just a part I'd like to understand better and maybe make some of my cooler monsters a little more memorable. I've combed the boards a few times but haven't found any threads that really cover it from I guess a basic level. Maybe one of the other game format videos covers it I haven't watched. If anyone could share a link or point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

Thanks I'll check this out tomorrow! It's tricky searching the forums because you can't just search AI cause it's to general a topic.
