Another one (that I work on with others) is Argon -- currently in public beta on Google Play.

See www.playargon.com to download and developers.playargon.com if you'd like your game added to the free play section.

NESMaker games (ie, Mapper 30) supported, as well as other mappers. You can test your games by either having them stored locally on the device, or in an Argon folder on your Google Drive account.

Nice! (I am going to download. And could you tell me how to start making an emulator because I have been wanting to make a GameBoy one)

That is a pretty huge topic! We started on Argon over 2 years ago...

But one way to first explore it would be to explore GitHub and download/read/study source code for some of the existing ones posted there.
