Cartridges and Cartridge Burners

Hello! I just downloaded NES Maker and still watching the 12 Days tutorials and haven’t started any projects yet. Just thinking ahead for down the road - where can I buy blank NES cartridges and a burner? I saw the one he has in one of the early videos but I don’t recall if he mentions in the video where to buy. I didn’t see one on Amazon. Can someone post a link?

Thanks!

@RetroDad
You can buy the NESmaker flasher kit on InfiniteNESLives website: http://www.infiniteneslives.com/nesmaker.php
(you will not find it another place... except eBay maybe "INL flasher/kazzo")

The blank mapper30 NES cartridges are flushable (rewritable) hundred and hundred of times.
You can buy those blank mapper30 boards, on INL website of course, but also on other websites (I recommend BrokeStudio.fr, the "vertical" mirroring ones for ready to use with nesmaker)

Howdy folks! Infinite NES Lives seems to be sold out of writable carts. Does anyone know of another maker/place to buy in the US?

INL always displays a "SOLD out" on the flasher... you should try to buy one anyway... if your order goes until completed, you will receive it (usually in 3 weeks).
Those NESmaker flasher have limited stock but they are made on order.
Paul (the guy who runs INL) is a very busy man, but he always delivers :)

I have the flasher. I just need more blank carts! I tried to order 4, but it won’t allow me to.

I have had the same issues for a year now. I want one sent overseas to New Zealand. No option on checkout and it simply says unavailable. This is the most frustrating part for a NesMaker wannabee like myself. It has stopped me experimenting. I want to ensure I can go from IDE to AVS. Joe had mentioned they were going to stock some.

I'll keep holding out but I would suggest many people interested in this are put off my the procurement of the relevant hardware. Once I can order the hardware I will download and play with the software. Until then......nothing.

Lee.

I just spoke with him and he isn't selling anything at the moment, until he's had a chance to catch up on his end. Unlike your local Target or Harrods, it's a one man show so not everything is available on demand. He is also still waiting on the new flasher to be completed, I believe you can join a mailing list to stay up to date. Sit tight, they will eventually become available.

In the meanwhile, why not grab a Everdrive? You can simply toss any rom files you create with the software onto that and play them on real hardware.
