Looking good Lubone!

You might want to check this post on the forum to fix "glitched sprite" after the intermission/start screen:

Thank you for your help and support, Kevin. I will check this thread. I have the impression that the heroine breaks into pieces only when I have recording in Mesen ... When I turn on the emulator to check the game, without recording, everything seems to be ok. I have to look at it more closely;)

Child of the Damned (LuboneSoft) update: Time to present you an outline of the story, names of the heroes, my inspirations. This movie is to introduce you to the atmosphere of the game. The basis for creating the graphics of the heroes in the picture story were sketches of my Father, Vlad! Thanks, Dad! After loading the board, you can see some new graphics that I created. Level 1-1 is under construction.
Story: This time I will not write anything, watch the picture story... ;)

Thank you JollyShadow. I try to give the story some depth ... Look, it could be, for example, the brother of this guy who hangs outside ... He drinks his sorrows ... I have a lot of ideas for similar scenes ... It's nice that you feel this atmosphere :)

It's my favorite thing to look for in games... Trying to breath life into it however you can... For example:

This was the first thing I noticed:

You didn't have to do that, but it really added flare, style and helped to set the mood for the screen and I really liked that.

Thanks! I try in every possible way to give the game a climate of mystery and lurking horror ... :) My shortcomings in programming skills I make up for with interesting graphics ... But I keep learning all the time;)

I'm sending the newest movie from Child of the Damned (LuboneSoft). This is the missing level (1-2) that will be in the demo. As usual, there are no enemies in the movie, so as not to spoil the fun and surprise in the demo. I also think this is the last full level movie. You already know the layout of all three levels for the demo version. You will discover the full version of the game yourself. Of course, I will throw in an update, but it will not be the whole levels anymore. Have fun watching Nesmakers!
Cultists began to resurrect death. It was a big mistake...

Melody test for the main theme and level 1-1 and sublevel - basement 1. Titles of the presented melodies are:
00:00 - 00:52 Child of the Damned (Main Theme),
00:54 - 01:32 Weird Fiction (Level 1-1),
01:33 - 01:57 Sad refuge (sublevel - basement 1).
What's new is something I want to introduce to the game - the story sublevels. You can turn on the story or skip it, collect power-ups and play quickly. Your choice :) It is presented in the sublevel - basement 1 (01:35).
Let me know what you think

I feel like their are good songs, but they don't feel "full" Like their are decent song and for the most part sound good, but I feel you could make more use of the neses limited sound chip, but for first songs They are definitely not bad

Thank you Logana for your honest opinion. Thanks to this, I know what I should focus on and what else to improve :)
Generally, my composing adventure ended after graduation... At the university we wanted to start a metal band with the guys, I played electric guitar ... Unfortunately, my drum friend dropped out and the plan was gone, did not work. The band was not formed... I did not expect that after so many years (over 10) my musical ear and acquired skills would be useful.
Coming back to the written melodies, in fact they are not songs yet, but simple melodies written in 3 evenings... But I will continue to work on them to make them sound better. At least I'll try ;) Thank you again for your valuable opinions Logana!

Hey Lubone, sounds good to me, I like it, helps to set the mood just fine. Really like the title screen song, that's my favorite. Great instruments too.

Thank you, JollyShadow! The second week of working with Famitracker has just passed and I have new suggestions for the Main theme ... That one seems not too dark ... And I think I discovered the sound that should emphasize the grotesque atmosphere of the game;) Over the weekend, I will post a video for comparison and to get to know the opinions and answers if I'm going in the right direction :)

Hello, I would like to introduce You to a new MAIN THEME prototype for the game Child of the Damned (LuboneSoft). Second week of work at FamiTracker and I'm slowly starting to feel the sound I want in the game. I am curious about your opinion, feel free to comment! Greetings!

JollyShadow, thank you very much for your opinion and motivation for further work! Honestly, I also like the previous song and it has a special value for me. Because it is the first one that I composed in FamiTracker. I just thought that I could put it on the screen with the credits ;)

Logana, thank you very much! I really appreciate your feedback. Recently I heard one of your songs on facebook nesmakers ... You create very good and quality songs :) And I still have a lot to learn ... ;)
