Editor suggestions or maybe I just don’t know how to do what I’m looking for

For NESmaker’s editor it is possible to flip or rotate tiles? Can I change sprite sizes to smaller or larger? Can I use the left button of the mouse for one color and the right button for another color? Can I drag and drop tiles from one location to the other? I’ve watched tutorials and have playing with editing for about a week and it is a good tool just confusing compared to other tools I’ve used but getting used to it now.

In Pixel Editor, you can flip by selecting a tile /an area by selecting it (with the selection tool) and pressing "V" (for a vertical flip) or "H" (for a horizontal flip).
You can also use copy/paste a selected area/tile.
