************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I'm not sure what to do.

One of the tutorials mentions to run nesmaker from your desktop or it might not work. Unless you've changed the scripts or anything else, thats all I can think of.

Did you set up emulator correctly? Could be that maybe. The getting started youtube vid explains that, but i'm guessing you already watched that.

I run the program on my desktop, I have my emulator set up right, and I haven't edited scripts so I'm not sure what's going on.

You don't have to run it on your desktop, my NESmaker copy runs in come folder in C:\.
How did you get your graphics? Did you use an external tool and then copy over in the graphics folder? Maybe the dimensions of your bitmap/s is/are incorrect.
