Graphic help for project in school setting

Hey everyone, I am a total newb who found out about nesmaker this past weekend. I bought it and have been working with it quite a bit along with watching a ton of the tutorial vids. It’s all been really fun and I’m super excited about getting better and better at using this.

Anyways, I ultimately have an idea for an adventure game and much of it will take place in a high school. Wondering if anyone has some already made background graphical assets that might work for this concept? School type backgrounds, locker room or classroom objects, basketball court, etc.

I’m still very new to all of this but I feel like I’m starting to get the hang of things but know I will be weak when it comes to creating these types of graphics from scratch so if anyone has anything they think might fit in I would greatly appreciate it and would certainly give full credit.

Well, you can look in the assets section of the forums. If not take a look Here for open assets. Just be sure if you release your game you follow the guidelines per asset as each one may have different licensing agreements. It's typically as simple as giving credit to where it's due.
