Help with Scripts trying to make timer 4.5.9

I need help I'm trying to make a timer but I don't know what scripts I need. I found one that says TimerEndScriots do I need any other scripts with that?

Timer End Scripts is what happens when an object's action or animation timer is up. So things in that drop down menu like "Loop, Advance, GoToFirst, GoToLast, DestroyMe, " etc.
