Hi All

I am retired from my career as a software architect/developer. I educated myself in the early 80's in 6502 assembler and basic on the Atari. My passion was to write my own video game and back then I did write Monopoly on the Atari 8bit. I also have owned all the consoles that were out at the time all the up to Xbox One.

I am very new to how Nintendo internals work and I am trying to get up to speed as fast as I can. Nesmaker has given me an environment that once you learn the handling of your game art and game specifics it seamlessly allows you to produce a game.

Right now I have a ton of questions and I think the forums here will help me answer them.

Nice to meet yah, nice to see that people are doing what I wanna do as an adult... retiring. Any way hi you will probably fit really well here since a lot of people have a coding background, me personally I have more of a musical background but still dive into code from time to time, oh btw if you need a soundtrack for your game I could make it for you, although you probably have someone or can do it your self at this point still I will post an example of my work https://soundcloud.com/user-315847318%2Fironfacility View: https://soundcloud.com/user-315847318/ironfacility

Nice to see yah, can’t wait to see what you make
