How to / Can you flash a .nes game on a cartridge?

I am new here and don't really know where to ask this, but a lot of people post games here and they are mostly in .NES format. Is there a way to flash games like this on to the cartridges?
I'm sorry if this was asked before but I could not find the answer or a post with this question. I know how to flash games in the .MST format, but these are in .NES.

Sure, get the NESmaker Kit (flasher + Mapper30 board) from infiniteNesLives, around 60$.
With this flasher, connected via USB, you can flash your nesmaker .nes game on these cartridges. And these cartridges can be rewritten as many times as you like.

Like Joe explains in that video:

You can also use a everdrive. Just find one that supports mapper 30 (there are many), load the .nes files onto a SD card, an your good to go! Fun fact, some everdrives even come with several classic nes games preloaded(legally) on the SD card if you purchase it from them.

Sorry for not phrasing this clearly enough, but I am asking for already exported games. I can flash .MST games through the nesmaker software, but what about .NES games? I can't load .NES games into the software.

They do that so you can’t steal game code or graphics from other peoples game, also the engine way build in the mind of making a singular game so that it can export to nes

I understand why you can't load them in, I am asking if there is simply a way to load .nes games into a cartridge, not into the software. I am asking if there is a way to access the cart flasher without going through the maker itself.

Based on your last two comments, I am going to assume you already have NESmaker. So that flasher software is in the NESmaker folder. Pretty sure it's called flasher or something like that. Just look for it and drop whatever .nes file you want to flash to a cart into the folder. Rename it "game.nes" and overwrite the game.nes file that's already in there. Typically that's a copy of your game. Be warned, the next time you try to flash one of your own games to a cart. It will overwrite the one you placed in that folder.

This is exactly what I needed to know. Thank you!

Yep, place your "game.nes" file in the "Flasher\INL-retro-progdump_map30\host" folder and run the flashcart_newargs.bat executable. it will flash the "game.nes" file on your board.
Note that it will work only for mapper30 rom .nes files.
