I think he means he lost the activation email containing the product key and didn't write down the product key somewhere else. If its just the email shouldn't be a problem I don't think. I'm reading this as you just lost the activation email not deleted your email account ?

I would recommend going to the Contact part of their website, and then going to the Activation Portal. From there, you can enter your email address to the resend section, and the email should send after a little bit.Haven't gotten mine yet unfortunately
