Nesmaker is locked for 1 month...

Hello,
I haven't used Nesmaker for a while. At startup, it asks me to activate it. I put in my license, my e-mail, and I enter the wrong password twice. It now tells me that I cannot use Nesmaker until September 2021... How can I unblock the situation? Thanks in advance.
