What is it:
Pixel Poops: Number Two is the NES sequel to the yyrGames classic Pixel Poops, about "heroes" with super-human gastro-intestinal tracts enacting vengeance against joggers, for...reasons.

Gameplay:
The game features classic arcade two player simultaneous gameplay where players stop the joggers (or whatever else gets in your way) from crossing the screen by trapping them in large piles of poop. If they let their poop meters run down they will need to visit the taco stand to refill. Miss five joggers and it's game over.

Features:
An energetic soundtrack featuring 3 original songs by Cosmicgem
Two player co-operative play

Development:
I started developing this game as a way to learn Nesmaker back in August 2020. Previously, I had only worked in Unity in C#. I had a bad habit of over-scoping projects, so thanks to the many limiting factors of the NES, this project has been able to keep that in check. Right now, I'm projecting to launch the game by January 2021.

Thought I had figured out how to animate tiles but not quite. ***Slight Epilepsy / flashing warning for the GIF below.***

Thankfully, the GIF looks better than in game. Tried using LoadChrData to swap my third ScreenSpecific tileset on a timer to animate through four frames. It works, but the screen can't refresh fast enough. Obviously, I'm doing it wrong.

hey when you get the code down for that would you be okay with sharing it if not itā€™s fine, looking for a similar code since I really suck at coding, will give you credit all games I make with the code :3 either way the animation of the sprites look sooo awesome.

Would it be possible to have a different button for EAT? I found that when I was trying to eat sometimes I'd lay my yule log by mistake.
It's all looking very polished.
Will you be bundling it with scratch and sniff stickers?

@LOKIOLR If you can get a way to make a understandable small tutorial about animated tiles... it would be very useful and kind of you <3

@dale_coop I tried for two weeks to get it to work but without much luck. I'll come back to it again some time but since I'm trying to launch this month, it probably won't be on this project. I fully intend to release instructions if I ever figure it out. I know others have it working and I wish they'd post something about it in more detail.
