Hello all!
I'm new to the forums, but have been on the Facebook page for a few months now. I've toyed around and followed most of the tutorials from start to finish so far. ByteOff 2020 was my first real attempt at a game jam, but I didn't finish anything except some fancy graphics and a nifty run animation. I'm currently working on a horizontal space shooter that I've wanted to make for a decade and a half. The community here is fantastic and I love seeing what everyone comes up with using this tool.

I keep seeing a lot of mentions of the facebook page. Am I missing a lot by not participating in facebook?

In regards to the Facebook page, I find it a useful reminder to continue working on my projects whenever I seea post come across my feed when mindlessly scrolling. Also it can provide a great snapshot of others projects which helps me feel not so alone when developing.

Thanks for the welcomes and well-wishes! I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions going forward because I know almost nothing about Assembly (I'm more of a C# guy myself) but I'm making my way through this program!
