The emulator screen is just a static green color?

I have been making my NESMaker game and when I went to test it, it just turned to a solid static green color. None of the assets I made for the ground show up. I'm not sure what is going on.

I would be glad to share any more information about this problem
Thank You

Was your game working before?
Is it a NES project? make sure you set all the things correctly (player gfx, player & persistant, tiles gfx, ...)
Oh, you could try removing the save file in the emulator folder (there must be one or two save folder... inside those folder you will fine a "game.sav"... delete them and try again)

sorry that it took long for me to see this. I am following the 12 days of NESMas tutorial and maybe I missed a step. I wasn't too far into the game so it will be easy to figure out. I will do the other steps you told me to do and see as well. Thank you for your help
