What's Up with Infiniteneslives?

Hopefully all is well with the people working there , but unless they are ill
or have close deaths in the family or friends, they should aaaaalways respond.

I know im not everyone, but my friend and i have run a website for a decade,
and in the begining made atleast 50 games a week. My friend never let a message
go unanswered.

The reasoning, other than seeming rude , is because it seems to bring the
idea of mistrust or a lack of caring.

Sometimes life hits though, but that can be expressed on a front page of a
website or a site can "go on vacation" when not able to operate efficiently.

I remember when this website was updated. It could have easily been stated before it happened.
But i also could have not said anything and just appreciated the fact that hard work was put into
making it happen.

Its all about how it effects people , and what could be done to prevent a problem.

Having more than one person involved in a situation always opens the way for a dis-agreement,
but also opens the way for a compromise .

I hope i made that one up, unless Confucius did.

This was an honest look at the situation . I hope everything gets better with everyone involved.

Lots of people run sucessful business' alone and don't ignore customers profusely. The idea of a support ticket system is that everyone gets a response at some point. That's not what is happening. It's not like this is a temporary thing either, people have been complaining since 2014 way before NesMaker and Covid. I feel like Broke Studio are being very kind and respectful not to release their other products. If they did, I wonder if they'd get any business at all, even from the US.

I just received my flasher and cart. It's worth noting the tracking info didn't update from the 14th(label printed awaiting pickup) til 3 days ago(as was clearly stated on the page). Its definitely the post office because there is no way something from Minnesota got to New Jersey first class in 3 days. I meantion it because shipping is still rough right now in the US for small businesses. I actually got this faster than expected. I ordered the 13th and got it the 25th. Haven't used it yet but got everything I ordered.

Anyone know of an alternative flasher or a guide to build a NESmaker compatible game pcb (using a chip programmer), as InfiniteNESLives no longer ships internationally.

I'd suggest to test your rom using an Everdrive, it's really useful.
Then, if you want to release your game physically... I could recommand to contact BrokeStudio (brokestudio.fr), he can manufacture them for you.
He made all my KUBO3 editions (CIB).

You could do them old school and buy all the logic chips, CIC, resistors etc and the PCB itself but to be honest it wouldn't be as cost effective as just getting them from BrokeStudio flashed.
@dale_coop do you know what they charge for that service? Just to flash the boards, not including the shell and box etc?

I've got a flasher and am in the UK, so if you really needed to get a BrokeStudio or infNESlives board flashed for testing purposes I could do that by mail or whatever for you until you source your own. Probably not very efficient but if you were desperate I'd be happy to help. Flashers sometimes come up on ebay but they're not the current ones and I can't vouch for how good they are.

BrokeStudio? I am sure it you buy a mapper30 board and contact him, he will flash your game on it before sending you the board... for no extra cost. A mapper30 nesmaker board is 10$ and shipping is very affordable.
(Of course, he you ask 50 boards flashed... I can't say ;))

I can tell you that Antoine (Broke Studio) is a very kind guy and he will help you if you want flashed boards, or carts only (with label) or even CIB editions. So sad he doesn't have flashers for sale.

I asked them about flashers too. Antoine was kind enough to even explain why it probably won't be happening - because it would take a lot of time to design it. At least we know. I love their website. So many great games that I can't afford.
