Issue opening NESMaker

I downloaded and purchased the license today for NESMaker. I tried to access the NESMaker.exe file, but it is giving me an error message. So cannot access the program and can't input the license code. See graph below.
As you can see, GraphicsAssetList.xlm is there. Not sure what to do. I am using Windows 11

Anyone can help me?

Looks like it was an issue with the installation or the antivirus. I disabled the firewall for 15 minutes and started the unzip process again. This time it worked and I can open NESMaker succesfully

Don't place your NESmaker folder in the Program Files...
NESmaker needs to write files in its folder, and Windows doesn't allow that.
I'd suggest to place it in your "Documents" folder or another personal folder.

@dale_coop Thanks for the tip. I actually moved it in the second download to documents and that it is where it worked.
