[4.5.6] ChangeTileAtCollision with attribute change

I'm trying to make a version of the Macro ChangeTileAtCollision with an arg subpal to change but not getting any success. I've been checking the drawBox macros that do change attributes values but really don't get my head around it.

The comments say this
;;; There are three bytes needed to be pushed into the scrollUpdateRam to update in the next refresh.
But what are these bytes that needs to be pushed?

Anyone else done anything similiar?
