Any copyright-free ROM site (homebrew only, not even hacks) that allows user uploads?

Reason I'm asking is that when I make a game, I don't want it to be restricted to just NM/nesdev communities and making an itchio/gamejolt page for a nes homebrew just doesn't seem right.

Because it would be lost in the swarm of other Joe Indie's games that have nothing to do with NES. At least with a ROM site dedicated to homebrews I can be sure that someone will play it, not to mention it may offer other benefits such as being able to play said homebrew directly in a browser.

You're probably just better off either making roms available through this forum or uploading to something like itchio and advertising the game in other places.

Both Nova the Squirrel and Kasumi's own Indivisible are on itch.io.

Having a rom site dedicated to just homebrews would be nice, but I think at current until there is a home for them a prevalent as like SMWCentral or ROMhacking.net if Big N lets them live, then awareness is your only option, posting about it here or on NESDev and NintendoAge. I do like the idea though. A place for homebrews where you can play the games or samples/demos of them and maybe even a marketplace to buy carts of them.

Maybe it's something for Joe and co to look into?

Perhaps something for the future but for right now I really want them to put all their focus on polishing up NESmaker and the modules and want as few distractions as possible. A sharing site is only as good as the content it has to share.

You can have it playable in browser on itch as well.

See Super Tilt Bro. https://sgadrat.itch.io/super-tilt-bro

But it's not automatic, and I've been told by one person it's a bit of work to get set up.

Cool. Didn't even know this game was on here and like the CRT look of the emulator. Also really like this game's menu system. It's very polished.
