New game I've been working on. Very early stages. Still ironing out all the kinks. I'm going for a Snake's Revenge clone. I want a nice even balance of stealth and action. The player will have multiple weapons. I think I might go with magic spells for attacks/healing/etc. Currently working on a mellee attack. The mellee attack will probably be different from what is in the video below. But yeah, having a good time working on a new project. Something to keep me busy through the brutal North East Ohio Winter!

Took some vacation time for the Holidays and the NESmaker has sucked me in full force. I promise tomorrow I'll clean out my gutters! But here is some melee, HUD, pickup progress. Need to next work on some bombs, a flamethrower, and a special Ninja magic spell.

Gave my Dude a Zelda like melee/projectile. You must have full health to shoot the charge from your katana.

Progress! Music, effects, monster death animations. Need to work on a bomb, scoring system since the game might be like a dungeon like crawler. Anywho check it out!

Here is the current state of Cult of the Voodoo Ninjas. Lots of stuff to fix yet! Next stuff on the list:
  1. Shops to spend your hard earned loot!
  2. Gambling Dens!
  3. Inn's to rest your weary bones!
  4. Fix my boring Monsters.
  5. Villages/Encampments to talk to the locals and gather information about your quest.

Working on cut scenes! I plan on devoting a lot of the games tile space to animated cut scenes. A nice animated story to go along with the game play!

A playable demo is now up on Retroverse! It is a WIP at the moment, things will get wonky!
