Hi,

has anybody here ordered games at infiniteneslives.com? I ordered two games 3 weeks ago and apart from the paypal confirmation I haven't got any mail from INL. It would be nice to have info if my order got processed and is on it's way.
Anybody else had a similar problem?
I contacted support yesterday and I might wait a bit, but I'll look into if I still can cancel my paypal payment.

Hi Dirk,
I bought some boards from them some months ago... they are very serious. But yeah, you have to wait some weeks (4 or 5 weeks usually).
In fact, INL is a almsot one man company... Paul <3 He's doing a amazing work (with the help of his brother, if I remember well). And he's a very serious guy.
So you can count on him. Don't worry, you will receive it... just wait some more days/weeks.

Thank you Dale!
Waiting without any confirmation that my order is getting processed had me worried.
Aside from PayPal, did you get any confirmation or info about the status of what you had ordered?

No never got any status update or any confirmation...
The process was simple Order from INL -> pay via Paypal -> wait -> wait -> wait -> wait -> worried (should I contact Paul? via twitter) -> Oh, received in my mail box today ;)
If no news after a month (or more), you can contact him on http://www.infiniteneslives.com/support/ (or via twitter @InfiniteNesLive).

Paul is a great guy, but like dale says, a one-man operation. I have had success contacting him through facebook and actually worked with me ti get my kazzo flasher working (which reminds me, I should document that process on the forums here).

I picked up a copy of Lizard from Brad this year at MWGC and he was super helpful and friendly. Hope you got your package in time. :)

After a month it got sent. Two weeks later I got mail from customs to send them an invoice. I guess it will take another week or two till it arrives. As long as I know it's on its way I'm happy.
