Hi :) My name is Scott, and I live north of San Francisco, CA. I'd love to connect with anyone nearby. I dabbled with Gameboy homebrew ~25 years ago, and have become interested in the NES as of late! I would definitely like to try my hand at a shmup of some kind.

I've also been working on a (currently private) emulator for a couple years in Unity. It's *fast* and *accurate*, and supports an ever growing range of features (netplay, all the nice emulation only enhancements one can get, etc).

My main interest regarding this is to port homebrew/indie games to mobile/PC/consoles with potential customizations --- but I also used to it to create an Lego NES "console" that takes actual carts for my son as a gift when he leaves for college which just wrapped up!

Anyway I hope to post more later. I just wanted to say hi, as I've just been lurking :)
