INL Programmer/Dumper Acrylic Box

So I make button boxes for OBS and I've decided to release an acrylic box in the same style for the INL Programmer/Dumper Circuit board. I haven't made this yet so there may be some tweaks to the layout before it'll fit completely. I'll try to get one made tomorrow.

I put a materials list on there but you can use any 1/8" thick material besides acrylic.

It's an RDL file. You can open it in "Thunder Laser" which is a Free Laser Control program. Most people don't have Corel Draw so I've designed it in RDL. A lot of Makerspaces use RDL because it's free.

Enjoy and let me know if you have any issues!

I'm very curious about your OBS control box. Do you have a site where you sell them, or a place where you have more information about what each button does. I like that they use sanwa/candycab style buttons.

So in the program OBS (open broadcast software), you can assign buttons to do different things. For instance if you wanted one button to start the stream and another button to stop the stream you could assign that to those individual buttons. My button boxes have nine buttons on them so you can assign several different things like changing scenes or adding pictures or changing music. I do sell them but I don't have an inventory of them, they're custom-made to order. I usually sell them for around $50 plus shipping. They're way more cost-effective than the twitch Stream box from Elgato and you can also use them in different programs.

So does it just act as another keyboard or joystick, or as a different input device all together? I use OBS fairly often but never really looked into custom inputs for it before.

Yes, it acts as a keyboard after you assign buttons. You can assign some obscure letter combination that you'll probably not press to prevent accidental triggering. You can use keyboard short cuts but this is more of an alternative to the El Gato Stream deck.

Yeah, I like the looks of your switcher far better and encouraged me to look at parts of OBS I hadn't considered before.
