Hey everyone, to try and increase my skills I thought it would be interesting to see if I could recreate a game by watching a playthrough on youtube. I think it turned out quite well. Getting the animations for the lead characters was a fun challenge as was the last world where the platforms are invisible!! Only issue was not getting ladders to work correctly so had to improvise. Any feedback would be wonderful!

The only issue I have with it is... you're infringing on copyrights here. That game title and designs are not yours.
According to the rules of NESmaker, you're not allowed to use someone else's IP.
My advice would be to change the title and maybe make small modifications to the character graphics in order to differentiate them from the original game.

There is no problem to share it here... the forum attached-files are not public.

Just make sure to not release it publicly on the internet... or make small modifications

I think you're kind of valid unless you publicly distribute it.
