Well, not exactly - I think I'm too used to being able to control recoil jumps like that while in the air.
At the moment, it's really inconsistent as to whether or not you can control the player's momentum after a recoil jump.
Walls and ceilings stop the momentum entirely, preventing the player from moving in the air.

Wow, you're a wizard. And you got DCPM to work? What is it used for?

Ans yeah, I keep instinctually holding the direction I'm propelling myself in. Maybe the game should be coded to ignore that.

Thank you, I can work with this feedback.

I still don't get that bug puzzle even after I've seen the solution. What did you do there -- jump on top of it? That didn't work for me.
Do you have to hit it in EXACTLY the right way? It might be too hard.

The bug puzzle is unfinished. It's just there for the music for now.

The key and arrow sfx seem to be broken, it’s only playing the first note of the sfx for some reason, the key was supposed to have a similar sound to the kick upgrade, wonder what happened

I tried out each of the sfx in isolation with the music turned off, it didn't seem to make a difference in the length of those sounds. Let me know if you'd like me to try something else to test them.

No music or monsters in this set of levels. Just run right:

I reworked the crumbling tile effect from the Demo Castle Kicker and incorporated it here. Enjoy!

If there were a spider in the centre, it would make it challanging to time the run. Maybe for another level later on so you're varying the difficulty. Tricking the player in a way.
