Falling off ladder and falling through the world?

I know that there issues inherently with the ladder code (from what I read here on different threads)

Has anyone experienced falling off ladders and falling through the world?

Sometimes, instead of the player climbing down it knocks you off breaks the game.

Do you have a specific screen where you can reproduce it easily...? (I could take a look)
Collisions during transitions between screens are known to be buggy. with ladder or without.

Thank you for replying and for taking a look.

I just sent you the recent version and I believe it has to do with travelling down to new areas from ladders and falling to the screen below.

I originally encountered it here (1st red block) and removed the ladder completely to see if it was just that screen, then it began to happen in the cave area below when you attempt to travel down to new areas.

I do not think its an issue before these areas because you are always travelling up to an new area. The final areas of the demo have you travelling down and sometimes you get stuck in a crouch position while on the ladder and that is when you are disconnected and fall through. With that said, It can easily reproduced in other areas, just by backtracking to previously explored areas beneath you.

I made this to better explain why it did not show up as a issue until much later during play. It's not something that you would experience since its a good 20 min in before you start travelling down ladders. There are instances of falling to areas below prior to these areas, but falling does not seem to cause any issues. Even secret areas below, you tend to fall into them after you break away obstructions, then climb your way out.
The red represent any ladders down to new screens.
