Game crashing on Monster Death / Collision

I'm making a game with the Adventure MODule, and my game has recently started crashing when a Monster or Powerup is destroyed.

Figured it out! Some of the scripts had "PlaySound" commands uncommented but I didn't have sound effects for them yet. I commented out those tags and the problem went away!
