Unfortunately, the chips necessary for expansion sound are found in the cartridge, and as far as I know the UNROM 512 doesn't have any of the expansion sound chips in it (there are several of them). Basically the short answer is probably not.
EDIT: Doing some research, I found on the INL website that they have a board that uses expansion audio, which is their mapper 69, however the cartridge has half as much rom space as the UNROM 512, and you would have to program the game by hand since it's a whole other mapper and it's probably a lot different than mapper 30.
