Got my INL hardware... now what?

Got my INL retro programmer/dumper but it came with no instructions and I can't find an up to date tutorial on using these boards. I was able to find the firmware on the internet so now my pc at least recognizes it when I plug it in but I cant find any software specifically for it and I tried using nesmaker (tried joe's tutorial) to export what I have made onto a cart but when I turned it on it had Troll hunter on it.

Hi there. Make sure the cart is facing the right direction (there should be something written on the nesmaker flasher that points this out). Assuming you got a working project loaded on Nesmaker then look at the menu toolbar and choose "Test->Make Cart". If everything went correctly you should see your game being compiled then flashed onto your mapper 30 cartridge.
