Hi, im shlim, been here a couple of weeks now but thought id introduce myself! Heard about nesmaker in its pre release days but had little time to invest in it, but i finally sat down and watched some tuts before deciding to take the plunge.... and now here i am
I had read mixed reviews but after watching the 12 days tuts i figured it seemed easily enough to work with.... and it is! Even though i need the occasional help, i always feel like im progressing and everyone here able to help seems quite happy to do so, so thank you all for being a friendly bunch!
I have a little business called retrodetect which sells retro video games and over the years have playtested and reviewed various homebrews that have been released so maybe theres a few of those devs here that i may of previously worked with?
Im also a php dev so coding isnt new to me, but this assembly stuff can be a bit confusing at times, but Ive been designing nes games in my head since the early 90s so once i have it all nailed down you can expect a lot to come from me haha
cheerio for now!
