Seriously, take an empty jar and put in a quarter every day.
The most interesting about NESmaker is that you can flash the game you made on a real NES cartridge and play on your NES console.
So, if you are interested in NESmaker, you need to have a small budget... for the software, first (half the price of a AAA PS4/Switch game)... then, the flasher & a blank cartridge (of course, you can also play on emulator... so, the flasher/cart is optional).
