How ya'll making gifs of you playing your game?

I use GifCam. It's good for making little GIFs, but I leave it at 10FPS, which doesn't show things very well unless I want to up the framerate and increase the file size.

I use Gyazo, which has a "capture gif" mode.

ScreenToGif allows editing afterwards, Licecap is quick and easy.

Not a gif but PowerPoint has a good screen capture tool, work well and creates mp4 files. Great for youtube.
