You know the typical tale of a Demon King or whatever kidnapping a princess and abducting her in to his castle.
How the hero vows to safe her, slays the big bad monster in the end and princess and the prince live happily ever after?
Now how about this?
What if, the princess just gets so accustomed to living at Demon Lord's castle that she just simply doesn't wanna leave?
In fact, she has decorated her room or cell so to speak, just the way she likes it, she's friends with the guards and has gained...
Little too much freedom during her imprisonment to start a new and more interesting life than she had in a plain old boring castle at home.
As Demon King comes to gloat how his next Demon Lord is set to hinder the hero and his progress, the princess is actually rooting
for the bad guys and being at awe how awesome they are while feeling sympathy towards them as hero defeats them one by one.
"Curses that hero who is trying to take me away from my comfortable new home!"
It's official, that princess has full out stockholm syndrome and rather than being rescued, she'd rather live her life in a Demon King's castle
and expand her cell to be more and more to her liking as the hero makes progress throughout the dangers that Demon King is sending on hero's way.
As the hero's arrival draws closer, it is time to set traps around the castle to stop the hero and make monsters stronger than they
should be with various potions and special princess style training sessions without Demon King's knowledge. Once hero is defeated,
he has to start his journey all over again and the Stockholm Princess can keep on expanding her comfortable room... Er... I mean cell...
Expand your room, explore the castle for tools and fight monsters who either hinders your path or has tools you need to make your
room even more comfortable, befriend monsters and raise their morale and stats to fight the hero even harder as he seems to arrive
every three months or so stronger and more determined than before to rescue the princess from a place she doesn't want to be rescued from.
