It has been a busy month! I've been burning the candle at both ends with some other art projects, but never gave up on Time Survivor.

I finally went to update everything, and there was a 4.1.5! Managed to figure it all out anyway.
I resolved a couple of basic issues, fixed my sprite zero laziness and other tweaks.

A main thing was redesigning the main character from scratch, very happy with how Petra turned out. A bit more animated when he's wandering around.

Also fixed the monster HP issue, so the sword no longer kills everything in one hit. (although now the monster death animation doesn't play :? )

Quite a bit more content than the last version I posted. Some crazy looking bosses, secret locations, multiple endings.
Since I'm a terrible programmer, I really tried to make the world and narrative as involved and fun as possible.

Congrats on the progress! I'm really getting an adventure time feeling with this art style, ill try the game after the contest is over!

Thanks! I'm probably tipping my hand too early, but I've got a few extra things going into the "competition build". Really looking forward to seeing what kind of stuff is submitted!

I’m definitely finished working on this game, I just wasn’t getting some of the advanced NESMaker stuff back when the first byte-off was going on.
There was a lot I wanted to try, but I hit a major wall with inventory and collectibles.

I’ve been lurking this whole time thi holding out for the long promised rpg module, because I need easy mode with this programming stuff 😅
