btw I am still gonna be working on making the soundtrack because out of the blue i got "Music block" so basically every original ong i make feels like its never good enough, every minute detail is not enough, soooooooo since i cant make new songs i will update old ones, i really wanna make the game over song better and longer

have quite a lot of feed back on this one,
1. slow down the skulls just a bit, just like one tick as they seem to just come flying out of the corners of the screen
2. make the monster death animations shorter, this is a pretty big issue because when on my last little life bar if i kill an enemy their is like a 50-50 chance of me surviving because what happens is the animation takes to long and you die before the variable updates

this is the shark, make sure to not save the file over the old one just use the select tiles to cut/paste tool, the little thing that looks like a square, had to do quite some editing to get it like this but I got time

1. Flying? Oh man ..wait until you get to the last stage ;) I'll check that out. The white skulls are the same speed as all other builds though

2. I can experiment with that. I made it after the death animations to update the hud because I couldn't have two variables updating at once from the same script without issues (both not updating). Lemme see what I can do.

3. Love the shark artwork! If I have time i'll try messing with adding that in there. I think the shark I have is pretty set it stone though since I have it on the box art. Appreciate it!

NEW ROM HERE

Please test and tell me if it's too easy. I beat it every time without dying now, but it might be because I play it every darn day! If you try it tell me how many times you die before you win. I'd appreciate it.

Fixed a lot in this one. Even the health update problem that Logana had (have it update health first then score second instead now). Added 2 secret rooms which i'll reveal later.

No new check list. Still going through the one from post #57.

@Logana SWEET! That’s what I like to hear.

it’s incredibly easy to me. Glad it wasn’t for you. Just means you gotta build up your skills. That’s what I’m looking for! It’s only a 4 level game.

According to your score you got the blue ending screen. If you would’ve got 10,000 to 19,999 you would’ve had a red win screen.. and 20,000+ a green win screen

ooh, btw i haven't mentioned this but this is both a game and an arcade game at the same time, when you play it for the first 1-5 times its a game, a adventure but after that it keeps you coming back, that's incredibly intricate design

It's not easy. The timer always gets me, somtimes I've not even watching it so don't notice I'm about to die.

I know its far too late in development now but I think what might have been good is if the up and down movement snapped inline with the running men like vertical rows. Sometimes I'm not sure if im inline enough to get a 'byte'.
